Great Blog!!
I want to introduce myself and bring to you attention our site at www.greenstreetlights.com We are working with cities in North America to address issues with energy efficency in city street lights. We are excitied to see that our purposes are similar in nature and hopefully we can compliment each other's work.
We publish several articles on street lighting and would be happy to submit some of them to the blog.

Look forward to working with you in the future.

CO² emissions rates per KWH depends on the electricity providers. There is an official rate available for each electricity provider (0.12 for EDF, 0.41 for E.ON, 0.518 for Enel, ...) but what is the average "KG CO² per KWH" that is usually taken as the reference by the UK councils for streetlight electricity consumption ? Thanks very much in advance.
